About Daniel

Daniel Larsen started working in the painting trade at a very young age, back in 1980. He puts his detailed personal artistic touch to every job performed and completed, in a timely manner. Daniel learned the proper “old school style of the painting,” regarding thorough preparation, precision restoration work…that’s long forgotten.  He worked on many Victorians, various homes, mansions, commercial buildings…in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Daniel Larsen started his own painting business as a sole proprietor in 1989…after relocating to a small town in Pleasanton, California. Has always stayed in business as a sole proprietor, to make sure his high quality standards are applied to every job performed. Daniel contracted small jobs, worked for a holding company in his hometown, exclusively contracting all the interior painting for their condos, before qualifying and obtaining his C-33 California contractor’s license for all residential and commercial jobs performed.

Daniel passed the California State Board license exam in 1995, obtaining his C-33 painting contractor’s license (#702331). He kept a “perfect record status with no violations,” before relocating to Colorado…many years ago.

The state of California is one of the toughest states in the U.S., to obtain a contractor’s license. Colorado does not require painting contractors to obtain a contractors painting license.

Daniel has over 20 years of color coordinating experience. Helps his customers direct and choose the proper color schemes for rooms/homes with various architectural styles, natural/artificial lighting.
